stylish rooms but limited dog amenities

The stylish and clean room offered a wonderful city view. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of delicious items to choose from. The staff was cute, especially with our dog, blanket, and bowl for water upon arrival.

The dog amenities could have been more comprehensive.

The service at check-in was disappointing. I found it unacceptable that my requests for a kettle and tea were not met, as basic amenities should be standard. The phone system was frustrating and complicated.

Just a prime choice for a weekend break in Gothenburg with great value. The outdoor pool was a nice spot to unwind. Try to avoid the busy spa times for a better experience.

Jacy'z Hotel & Resort is an amazing destination! The breakfast options were extensive and good, with so many local favorites. The rooftop pool is a true highlight!

I enjoyed the modern and stylish design of Jacyz, with comfortable seating areas and a cozy fireplace, made it easy to relax. The layout was senior-friendly, awesome for easy movement throughout the beautiful spaces.

A quieter atmosphere during meals would enhance relaxation.

great service but minor noise issues

The staff was attentive. The swimming pool provided a perfect escape for relaxation, set against a fine city view that enhanced the ambiance. The dining experience was so great, with a variety of delicious dishes that satisfied my palate.

The noise from nearby streets was sometimes distracting at night.

The hotel boasts stylish decor and an excellent lobby area with a shuffleboard, ping pong tables, and a pool table. The breakfast spread was extensive, with an array of options that stood out. The room was quite small, and the noise from the lively reception area made it difficult to hear staff during check-in. The absence of windows in the room was disappointing, significantly affecting the overall experience.

The rooms at Jacyz are amazing! They are equipped with everything you need, like a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. I loved that the rooms are air-conditioned, so I could stay cool and comfortable during my stay. It was great to have a flat-screen TV in the room, perfect for relaxing and watching my favorite shows.

Personally, I didn't really like the minibar in the double room.
